At Nolude, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that you may need to cancel or modify an order under certain circumstances. Please review the details below regarding our cancellation and modification procedures.
Cancellation Process
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] as soon as possible. We will make every effort to cancel your order before it is shipped.
- Orders Not Shipped: If your order has not yet shipped, it can be canceled, and a full refund will be issued.
- Orders Already Shipped: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You will need to follow our return policy for a refund. If you refuse delivery of a shipped order, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and may incur a 15% restocking fee.
Refunds for Canceled Orders
For successfully canceled orders (before shipment), we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note:
- Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution and could take several business days to reflect in your account.
- Orders that have been processed for shipping cannot be canceled and are considered final sales.
Custom-Made or Personalized Items
- Before Production: Custom-made or personalized items can only be canceled if production has not yet begun. If production has not started, we will issue a full refund.
- After Production Begins: Once production of a custom-made or personalized item has started, cancellations are not possible.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective custom-made item, notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will provide instructions on returning the item for a replacement or refund.
Order Modifications

- Before Shipping: Modifications can be made if the order has not yet been processed for shipping.
- After Shipping: Changes cannot be made once the order has been shipped.
- Adding Items: If you wish to add items to an order, please place a separate order for the additional products.
